Our Client is one of the leading automotive distributors in Qatar. The company is known for its commitment towards customer satisfaction and the distinction of being the supplier of choice in the region. They currently hold the highest market share for their business portfolio with tremendous growth and success that has been achieved for over 50 years.

They are looking to recruit a high caliber experienced Senior Sales Executive. The key objective for this position is to drive forward and build business by identifying and selling products and maintaining relationships with the clients.

Job Overview:

• Directly reporting to Sales Manager and be the first in line of communication between the Sales Manager and the Sales Executive and provide various reports as required and directed by the Sales Manager.

• Supervising Sales Executive when he is responsible for arranging their working schedule.

• Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills.

• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• Suggest product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Encourage, motivate and support sales executives for CHS

• Responsible for preparing reports and sales forecasts, as required

• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years automotive sales experience
• Strategic thinker and a team player
• Be able to work flexible hours and weekends
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments
• Ability to play close attention to details, can work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines
• Smartly presented, well-spoken, articulate and creative in reaching out to possible clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in both Arabic & English
• Driving license is a must
