Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading fit-out firm based in Dubai, is seeking to recruit few fit-out top-notch sales professional who will be working on selling fit-out projects. The company is well known with reputable status in the fit-out market. The company handles high-end projects in the UAE & the GCC region.

The projects are ranging from, Hotels, Offices, Luxurious palaces & villas, Banks and Governmental buildings.

Reporting to Sales Manager of Fit-out, the job holder needs to promote the company business / projects in UAE market as well as international market.

Accordingly, the job holder should have:
- Hands-on experience / knowledge in Interior Fit-Out industry armed by in-depth technical knowledge related to all fit-out works.
- The ability to identify potential clients across sectors, i.e. commercial, residential and government.
- Ability to build up professional relation with Clients as well as industry partners such as: facility managers, project managers, interior suppliers, real estate agents & developers etc..
- Ability to study and investigate the market trend as well as competitors trend, and then draw his action accordingly
- Ability to produce business report / sale report and present the same to the management for extra discussion / action.
- Ability to manage the client, negotiate contract, approvals, payment and post project follow-up
- Follow up on the work with project team throughout the project life-cycle, and report any related issue to the management.
- Attend coordination meeting with all parties such as design, project team etc..

Requirements

- Should have bachelor degree in Management, Commerce or Science gained from reputable university or institution
- Should have at least 6 years of work experience gained from being working in selling projects within fit-out and interior industry.
- Should possess excellent client-relationship management skills,
- Should possess in-depth knowledge about project life-cycle of any fit-out projects.
- Should have worked on projects sales for commercial, residential, hotels and governmental projects.
- Should know who is who in the market
- Should demonstrate excellent market as well as industry knowledge
- Should have in-depth knowledge about all materials that used in the fit-out industry and able to discuss the same with any other third party such as clients, consultants and project managers.
- Should demonstrate in-depth knowledge about the prices in the market and able to make the necessary comparison if needed.
- Should have a full knowledge about Project Delivery Process.
- Should demonstrate good knowledge about Contracts that related to projects.
- Should possess excellent negotiation skills along with full awareness of contractual commitments.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to gather information about the project from the client and communicate the same with projects team and management, then able to present the quotation / design accordingly.
- Should be a team player and excellent organizer
- Should be able to provide commitment to the client in regard to delivery as per the advice of projects team and management.
- Should be able to follow-up the entire pre-project process till the closure of the deal.
- Should be able to follow-up the work in throughout the life-cycle of the project.
