Employment: Full Time

Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.

The Senior Sales Executive will be charged with managing all marine power and propulsion and outboard drive system sales activities within the Qatar market.

Contributing to the achievement of revenue, unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient distribution strategy.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
Provides practical marine application engineering input assisting the boat and ship builders to ensure they have the correct propulsion system proposals.
Proactively manages customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with the key contacts within the marine business.
Able to manage every element of the sales process on an individual level including large scale marine engineered projects.
Able to work and operate successfully within a operational management matrix structure while maintaining Franchise distributor standards, utilizing existing account management processes and reporting systems.
Collaborate closely with the distributor partners and product marketing managers on developing new products and services for our clients and end users.

Requirements

This is an important sales role with three key elements (1) Developing new clients across the marine sectors (2) Actively progressing the agreed business and sales plans for the territory which also takes into account our principles Yanmar and Honda requirements (3) To pursue opportunities for the related propulsion systems in commercial segment.
The incumbent will have to work within a matrix organization that manages the operations across markets through both distributor and dealer channels.
