Job description / Role
The Role
Our Client is a High End luxury Watches Company. They are opening new boutique in Dubai, and are thus looking at hiring Boutique / Retail Sales Professionals. You will be responsible to:-
- Achieve sales targets of High End Watches
- Impart excellent customer service of the highest levels.
- Monitor and develop new customers and ensure their loyalty according to the CRM activities.
- Provide monthly sales & stock report analysis.
Requirements
Requirements
- Excellent sales and customer service in retail industry / Luxury Retail
- A Minimum of 3 years experience in selling high end luxury jewellery, watches, stones.
- Social communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic & English language.
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
