Senior Sales Manager / Regional Account Manager - Financial and Payments Technology

Senior Sales Manager/Regional Key Account Manager is required by the global market leader and pioneering innovator in financial/ banking applications solutions and software for banking and financial sector.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:
Providing technology consulting on financial solutions and services for the Banking and Finance sectors across the GCC (Key Territories, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait)

• Managing business development to ensure sustainable growth and revenue with an annual sales target.
• Manage Key Accounts across the region within the Banking and Finance industry.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
• Driving force behind business expansion strategies for their cross platform financial solutions.
• Responsible for sales, and product distribution in ME region.
• Determine priorities and initiate action to achieve financial projections.
• Review performance benchmarks and current trends to project future sales, determine profitability, and build revenue strength.
• Providing technology consulting on Solutions & Services (financial Applications & banking solutions)
• Managing and negotiating group-wide complex contracts, annual tenders, RFPs and ERAs.
• Attend to the customer during the complete business cycle and follow up project milestones in close cooperation with Sales Administration
• Monitor competitive activities, identify customer future needs; build up a strong link to the Product Marketing / Management
• Liaise and negotiate with very high ranking public and private sector staff
• Close deals and sign sales and maintain contracts with direct customers
• Choose, train and monitor sales partners in the region
• Report and forecast sales activities
• Monitor and report competitor activities
• Mapping of accounts
