Our client is a growing outsourcing and employment business based in Dubai. They need a senior sales person to build and maintain a strategic partnership with new clients through an extensive and detailed understanding of the clients business, strategic direction, processes and policies.

Requirements

- The company is recruiting for a senior new business development person to grow the outsourcing business and develop the role within new sectors.
- You must have a proven track record in new business development
- Account management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and experience in the Middle East market
- An outsourcing background
- English and Arabic speaker
- Self-motivated, driven
- Good work ethic
- Able to prioritise work
- Professional and personable
- Presentation skills
