Job description / Role
- To achieve the Sales Target pertaining to Hospitality sector in allotted country.
- To continuously cover all Project Sites and gather all prospective project leads and Enquiries.
- To network locally and obtain relevant market intelligence about potential and existing Clients.
- To develop new Clients and manage key Business Relationships.
- To monitor market trends and network with Consultants, Operators, Project Managers, Main Contractors, Other Suppliers to Hospitality industry etc.
- To track execution of on going Projects on a birds eye view basis to ensure things are on schedule and escalate potential problems to HO.
- To provide regular MIS to HO
Requirements
- Education: MBA in Marketing with Architectural or Interior Designing or Civil Engineering background
- Experience: Number cruncher with at least 10 years experience in Business Development.
- Well versed in Sales Management technically conversant about basic Manufacturing Processes and terminologies.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and Lay-out plans.
- Commercially savvy and conversant with contractual terminology and procedures.
- Must be able to strategise and implement the same.
- Pleasing Personality with excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Team building and management Skills
- Computer friendly and able to use MS Word, Excel, Power point, MS Projects MS Outlook, etc)
- Networking Relationships across Business Groups / local business families / Hotel Operators / Owners etc is highly desirable.
