Job description / Role
- Achieve/exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Professionally package and sell cash management products to target customers in order to capture operating accounts, and generate liabilities and float / fee income.
Proactively manage the following activities:
a) Management of Cash sales pipeline.
b) Adapt sales approach to the clients, values and needs.
c) Tracking fee waivers and pushing utilization of deals.
d) Monitor and management of documentation of the deals.
e) Monitor and Analyze the Implementation of the deals closed.
f) Monitor client feedback constantly in a bid to improve service standards.
g) Analyze and identify the revenue stream / leakages.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Professionally package and sell cash management products to target customers in order to capture operating accounts, and generate liabilities and float/fee income.
- Recognize the revenue leakage and book it accordingly.
- Increase the throughput of transaction from Procash (Utilization).
- Ensure that customers receive a satisfactory sales support through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Ensure maintenance of all records / sales documentations are complete.
- Ensure the TAT between sales closed and deals implemented.
- Develop weekly / monthly business review documents.
- Analyzing the revenue stream and leakages.
- Responsible for channel utilization of deals won.
- Event management client calling / surveys.
- Tracking of manual transactions onto e-channels.
- Supporting Head Product Sales on sales campaigns.
- Audit adherence of observations related to sales.
- Perform other additional responsibilities and initiatives that will be assigned.
- Refer non-cash management business opportunities to other units.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Calling new and existing client and pitching for new business opportunities (Also, act as a backup for Sales Managers).
- Focus on Incremental Cash Fee income growth.
- Focus on Incremental CASA Ave Growth.
Ensure that ADCB compliance procedures are adhered to at al times, and that internal audit requirements are complied with in day to day dealing.
Requirements
Minimum Education Level:
University graduate or equivalent degree.
Professional Qualification:
Administration experience, excellent with MS office.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 - 4 years of Cash management Administration work.
