Employment: Full Time

To lead and direct United Fashion Company boutique operations and sales, providing a high level of professional service to our customer. Maintain brand standards and merchandise displays in the UFC boutiques that meet the highest standards. Implement and set controls related to retail stores that offers guidelines and directions on day to day activities thus creating uniformity across all stores. Recruit and hire excellent store managers and sales associates for new stores & to cover vacancies.
Leading the boutique managers and sales staff to provide excellent customer service
- Proactively analyze boutique sales results and propose action plans for improving and increasing results.
- Set monthly sales targets that are consistent with the agreed sales plan, for each boutique. Monitor results and coach boutique staff on improving results.
- Manage and supervise recruiting, hiring and develop a professional team of knowledgeable and dedicated store managers.
- Prior to opening of boutiques, work with merchandisers (sent from the brands) who set merchandising guidelines and prepare the boutique for opening.
- Oversee training and development programs resulting in strong boutique managers and sales staff – in customer service, brand and product knowledgeable.
- Working with the boutique managers, monitor and assess sales associate selling productivity through goal setting, and direct, regular communication.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the UDC marketing team (marketing events, local advertising, and magazine publications) to enhance brand awareness and store sales results.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
• University degree – Training courses in Fashion and business Management.
Experience:
• Minimum of 05 years experience in the field of fashion.
