Employment: Full Time

Senior Sales (Interior Designer background is a plus)

Reporting to - Managing Director

Our client, an international luxury brands looking for a strong senior sales person. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 10 years professional experience including retail and high end furniture experience who will work closely with external designers and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate sales growth and revenue
- Meet and greet clients in the showroom, establish needs, and ascertain how the space is to be used along with the budget criteria
- Handle the full process of a client sales
- Coordinate/assign projects to the rest of the sales staff (depending on candidate experience)
- Visiting targeted designers outside the showroom for projects on regular basis.
- Managing client files and client databases.
- Communicating with key suppliers on business issues.

Requirements

- Educated to Degree level
- Extensive knowledge of high end furniture products, ability and curiosity to self train on new products.
- Skills in quick selection/search for products/solutions for clients
- Skills in lay out understanding.
- Strong presentations and negotiations skills
- Ability to connect / understand high end clients to gain their trust.
- Organisational skills to manage client files , client database , supplier communications, sales tools at hand.
- Good knowledge of fabric, wall and window treatments .
- Ability to create a fabric /color concept for a project is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate the work between sales team is a plus.
- Preferably Westerner.
- Must possess good written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic desirable not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
