Job description / Role
An international and highly reputable consultancy with a history of designing buildings across the Middle East and Asia has an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Architect in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with focus on the construction phases of development.
- Carry out regular site inspections.
- Review and monitor the Contractors procedures, practices and progress on site.
- Review and monitor shop drawings, materials and method statements.
- Represent the company at client, supplier and contractors meetings.
- Prepare technical schedules.
- Responding to RFI's.
Requirements
- You must have a BSc/BArch in Architecture
- You must have 10+ years post qualification experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Come from a strong design and technical background
- Worked on at least 1 large complex buildings project in the Middle East
- Have full understanding of International Standards
- Preference will be given to candidates already located in KSA
