Job description / Role
Responsible for leading an existing team of developers, working towards delivering reliable software solutions, writing impeccable code and delivering projects on time and budget. The senior software developer also takes ownership of assigned development projects from inception to delivery. He/she is expected to lead a team, with the ability to multi?task, teach and instruct co?workers, attend meetings with external clients as required to ensure clients needs are met and successfully deliver all assigned projects.

* Defines roles and responsibilities and allocates tasks to team members. Motivates and coaches the team to deliver higher performance. Defines team objectives and individual objectives within the team and conducts performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science / Engineering
- Overall 5+ years with 3+ experience in a similar role
Job Specific Skills
- Expertise in
- Popularly used programming language (C++, C# etc.)
- Dot Net framework 4.0 and supporting programming languages (WPF, WCF etc.)
- Web 2.0, HTML 5 etc.
- Visual Studio 2010 and above
- Color codes, printer jobs, printer profiling etc.
- Entity framework, Crystal Report
- MS SQL 2008
- Knowledge on SharePoint 2010 is plus.
- Conduct system analysis and development, to keep clients systems current with changing technologies
- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications
- Analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
- Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems
- Developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product Utilizing tools and equipment involved in performance of essential functions of programming.
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
- Providing advice, training and technical support for various projects
- Working closely with management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.
- Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques
- Good knowledge of security and encryption
- Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestion
- Works collaboratively and professionally with other DigiPhoto associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
- Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy
- Performs work of high difficulty in designing, writing, editing, modifying, and debugging computer programs

Salary Range for the role is between 7,000AED and 9,000AED per month
