Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position will participate in the building of a standard foundation of processes, tools, and practices to support the ANB testing team. The role will provide technical, analytical, and quality assurance testing expertise and contribute to test data setup, test plans, user stories, use cases, test scripts, and test artifacts for test solutions required to support IT, operations and business needs. This position will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle. This role will participate in agile testing methods where appropriate and in the utilization of test automation. Deliverables must result in the reduction of risk and higher quality. The Quality Tester must also build strong relationships with a team of professionals, including testers, project managers, application developers, IT, business, and management to
deliver the best quality products to our business.

Requirements

* Assist in the preparation of testing solutions, perform testing, and compile test results
* Develop, execute and maintain user stories, test cases, test scripts, unit test plans, QA test plans, system test plans, integration test plans, regression test plans, and other high-risk specialty test plans.
* Work closely with testing management, testers and project teams to understand the technical challenges and higher risk components and interfaces which need highly focused testing to ensure quality objectives are met.
* Works closely with testing management, tester peers, and project teams to coordinate test planning and testing activities to ensure that the appropriate test requirements and testing solution are designed, planned and executed.
* Assist in developing and maintaining test data and test environments
* Assist in implementing a test automation environment and testing process, and execute automated testing

Bachelor's degree preferably in information systems, computer science, business or a related field.
At least 4 to 6 years of related experience.
