Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Contribute to design, maintenance and evaluation of the Company's external recruitment Sourcing Framework enabling effective and efficient speed and access to skilled and competent markets. Markets the Company’s Employee Value Proposition to attract, select and obtain competent required interested parties.
Performing assessments of potential candidates and attracting
first-choice applicants especially when it is difficult to attract quality talent to the region.
Undertaking complex analytical tasks and acting as a source of guidance to less experienced staff in the area.
Understanding and keeping informed of the legal implications of the recruitment process on a global scale and reaching the best outcome for all parties involved.
Keeping ahead of future recruitment and selection trends, dealing with complexity in designing and maintaining the Company’s Recruitment Sourcing Framework aligned to the Company’s Recruitment plans, including issues around indirect sourcing strategies, executive search, contract management and 3rd party supplier agreements.
Complexity in identifying quality employment markets, aligned to the sourcing framework in a fast moving environment

Requirements

8 years' experience in Human Resource Dept., including at least 3 years recruitment experience in the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrable experience of Recruitment third party management.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy (MS Office) including advanced level excel skills and solid data analysis skills.
SAP familiarity
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels
Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Professional accreditation with globally renowned HR institution.
