Employment: Full Time

As the Senior Specialist - Campaigns you will be working closely with all concerned business units managing campaigns related to the company strategy.

You will be direct involvement with the all media aspects of the company and the related suppliers. You will be Developing action plans to maintain the market leadership, ability to lead and educate business partners and suppliers in production details. You will be role model and demonstrate the company core value.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be developing project workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of materials, undertaking a series of activities associated with marketing and the associated suppliers and arranging media booking and monitors advertising campaigns.

You will be defining the objectives of all advertising campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are in keeping with the company strategy, working closely with advertising agencies to ensure the desired outcomes. and working with vendors and third parties to insure execution of deliverables.

Other responsibilities:
- Actively participating in the execution of the advertising campaigns and has an active involvement in all aspects of marketing relations for the company.
- Participating in external relation issues as required including the website of the company
- Supervising the execution of ALT+BTL including the quality and the pricing
- Proposing creative media buying implementations
- Raising purchase requisitions though the company Oracle Purchasing system
- following up on Purchase Order to finalise the suppliers payment.
- Monitoring competition monitoring (trends and expenditures),
- Collecting support requests (briefs) from other departments and independently revise the project brief.
- Scheduling, managing and conducting meeting to insure timely completion at all project milestone.
- Radio production and photoshooting
- providing cost estimates for proposed projects
- Generating top quality communication presentations and controls internal guidelines for proper usage.
- Updating presentation on outdoor status in the marketing negotiations.

Requirements

You should have university degree in communications or marketing, preferred with following:

- 4 years of experience in Telecom
- 2 years' experience in marketing or in an internal communications department
- Good knowledge of the media scene
- Excellent in English & Arabic ( written & spoken)
- Knowledge ofcommunication and marketing issues
- Working knowledge of the internet as a media vehicle.
- Ability to travel independently
- Preferred Experience in monitoring production (Radio-photoshooting)
- Good MS Office skills
- Problem solving skills
- Project management skills
- Good Communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken Arabic.
