Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Deliverables of the role include;

• Develop effective change and integration strategy.
• Implement the change & integration strategy through detailed implementation plan.
• Develop a stakeholder management plan to effective manage stakeholders and their interest to ensure change & integration activities are implanted effectively.
• Work with departments and individuals to identify and manage key change and integration benefits.
• Identify and deliver quick wins throughout effective change and integration initiatives.
• Work with various departments and teams to map existing and future improved initiatives.
• Work closely with the change management stream to ensure effective management of the integration activities.
• Use all available corporate information to identify areas of improvement and work with departments/function to develop and implement service improvement plans.
• Work closely with other areas/functions such as PMO, Strategic planning, performance management, internal audit, HR and OD development to support the implementation of projects and service improvement plans.
• Support projects and new initiatives to identify, manage and realize benefits.
• Devise and implement a program for developing internal change management capabilities.
• Identify integration points and implement cross cutting initiatives to improve the outcome of individual projects and initiatives.
• Help create a culture of continuous improvement and transformational change.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, security and environmental management procedure and controls.

Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum qualification is university degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent post graduated qualification is preferred.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 6 years work experience managing Business change and/ or integration initiatives.
• Experience in benefits management.
• Experience in process redesign
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Exposure to oil & gas/ petrochemical industries shall be preferred.
• Excellent skills in MS applications / discipline related software
• Excellent Planning skills.
• Excellent Analytical skills and problem solving.
• Attention to details and strategy setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and other service units.
• Proven effectiveness in analysis execution, delivering results.
• Fluent in English
