Senior Specialist - Loyalty (Nationals Only)

The Senior Specialist - Loyalty will be managing all aspects of the Nawras / Oordeoo loyalty program in its current form and will be responsible for devising and implementing its complete revamp within agreed timelines, cost and quality levels.You will be expected to drive the existing customer loyalty strategy with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and engagement. Day to day monitoring of customer engagement. In coordination with Finance to monitor liability tracking monthly reporting of loyalty initiatives.
Develop a strategy and objectives for a new loyalty scheme that is fit for Nawras / Ooredoo customers needs for the next 5 years. Applying clear methodology for the launch of the program, initiation, planning, and execution.
Develop and implement CRM processes which allow us to analyse membership data and identify new opportunities. Working with your key stakeholders across the Nawras business you will ensure that customer loyalty is built into all initiatives in a way which supports the retention ambitions
You will be expected to managing the partnership in terms of:

Day to day management of existing partners to put activities and initiatives into action, measure success and manage results for ongoing program enhancements

Identification and onboarding of new partners that add real value to the loyalty scheme

Requirements

You have a degree in marketing or business, with minimum of 4 years of experience in loyalty from a telecom industry, airline and banking industry. Customer-centric thinking with expertise in fields such as customer research, market data analysis, competitive benchmarking or customer education.
You have proven track record of managing complex projects and a proven track record in customer focused marketing.
