BASIC FUNCTION
Manage the process of Employee Performance Management, HR Strategic issues, HR Balanced Scorecard and HR Projects by contributing in the establishment of appropriate performance management system, effective HR strategies, management of new projects, in order to ensure the smooth and appropriate application for better HR
Practices with S & S Department.

WORK PERFORMED

Performance Management
Conduct training programs to assessors & awareness program tom employees for design & implementation of the performance management system for effective performance appraisals and fair & consistency in application.

Design & Implement the structured performance management cycle in Goal Setting, Intermediate review, designing decisions, actions and planning resulting from reviews and feedback.

Ensure that Performance Contracts are timely & duly completed and submitted.

Communicate the outcomes to the respective departments for their necessary needs.

Participates in future improvements of Performance

Management systems & Provide suggestions

HR Balanced Scorecard

Support HR in designing the HR Business Plan and
Balanced Scorecard based on Corporate BSC and manage the process of communicating to HR staff containing dates, timeliness and key milestones to meet objectives and implement strategies.

Devise reporting mechanisms to track progress towards goals and the effectiveness of HR strategies for monthly reporting and ad-hoc reports.

Updates the BSC monthly status and ensure to provide justification of each KPI, as well as presents the status in the Admin Monthly meetings.

WORK CONTACTS
Close contact with HR Line Managers and Staff
Regular interaction across the organization with Line Managers, Work Supervisors and Staff.

INDEPENDENCE OF OPERATION

Report to strategies & Studies Department Manger. Works according to general objectives, established
Company policies and procedures and specialized professional standards. The role holders should act with a high degree of independence in Managing the projects. The role holder is not making independent decisions, but contributes to the overall success of the project that is supported.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

Minimum 10 years diversified experience in HR Functions and minimum 5 years specialized expertise in Performance Management.

High level of proficiency in English
Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
