Job description / Role
You will responsible of managing cross-functional project teams to ensure successful deployment as measured against project delivery schedule, product quality, project cost and product cost, leading, managing, providing direction, make decisions and foster an environment that promotes high performance, consistency, accountability and cohesiveness, planning, conducting and facilitating work in adherence to standard project planning and deployment processes, performing project planning, tracking, and reporting, continual risk assessment, mitigation planning and risk avoidance, coordinating complex project scheduling activities including identifying project task dependencies and resource requirements, and assessing project risks/mitigation strategies, carry out regular, transparent program presentations detailing requirements critical to project success, highlighting key challenges, detailing risks and mitigations, providing regular reports on planned versus actual progress to the senior management team, serving as key escalation point locally for all technical, commercial or any other business delivery issue for the duration of the program, remaining flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer success firmly as the focus, creating and managing master program plans, managing senior and junior personnel involved in the support and execution of program plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints, validating customer requirements, product requirements, and insures program cost and profitability of the program are achieved at the completion of a program, identifying resources needed for each program and insure appropriate resources are engaged and accountable, managing all day-to-day operational performance aspects of programs and their scopes, reviewing and own deliverables of the team, ensure they are appropriate, accurate, timely, and complete before presenting to SMT management team and challenging the team to insure anticipating and planning for change.
Requirements
You should have experience in telecoms industry preferably with reputable wire-line and wire-less operators or consultancy firms preferably with experience in in an emerging market and/or Middle East with 8 years commercial experience is required, with significant telecom exposure, a strong grasp of the technical aspects of the telecom industry is required, managerial experience with teams of similar size and scope, excellent program management and project management skills with bachelors degree, preferably in telecom engineering, business administration or a related discipline.
