Senior Strategic Solutions Executive - EMEA

My client, a global technology giant is seeking to employ a Senior Solutions Executive for the EMEA region. The role will be based in Dubai and may require regular travel throughout EMEA region. The position offers generous tax free salary and benefits.
- Supports multi-million dollar worldwide deals typically in a global or regional war room environment.
- Identifies business value creation implications for very large deals.
- Identifies competition and evaluates relative strengths.
- Effectively engages at the executive level up to C-level in both Enterprise and Corporate accounts.
- Articulates the business value of specific technology offerings to business partners and customers in terms of how it addresses their business problems.
- Leads technical/product knowledge sharing with account teams and channel partners.
- Translates business direction into Presales implications, able to communicate and acquire acceptance of these implications by colleagues.
- Contributions have major impact across Enterprise Service BU's and significant impact on Global business revenue.
- Analyzes and sets the presales direction for significant areas of a BU.
- Breadth of influence goes across multiple organizations within the Business and is sought, valued and used.

Requirements

Education and Experience Required:
- First level and Advanced University degree plus 15+ years directly related experience.
- Typically 15+ years experience working in a presales or solution selling organization with global experience.
- Recognized as a presales leader across various IT Infrasturcture services solutions within internal and external community.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Expert domain knowledge across a wide range of Enterprise IT infrastructure services and solutions.
- Expert knowledge of emerging industry trends.
- Recognized expert in solution planning, design and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Provides technical leadership in Opportunity Design & Development at the global level
- Understands and can articulate the relative strengths and weaknesses of a wide solution portfolio relative to industry competitors.
- Expertly applies productivity-enhancing tools and processes (e.g., Software Developer/Programmer (SDP), Product Branding (PB), Proposal Web, Skill Wise, Off-shoring, Resource Management).
- Ability to generate a great deal of credibility with specific business units and account teams based on history of solid results and contributions.
- Routinely develops and introduces new methods to resolve issues.
- Leads the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- Creates a positive change in how customers perceive our services.
- Effectively collaborates, builds relationships and influences team members to work toward common objectives across functions and groups.
- Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
- Handles multidisciplinary decisions and issues beyond the bounds of the assigned engagement but which impact global business success.
- Regularly makes strategic decisions.
- Recognized as a valued resource for consultation by executive management.
- Demonstrates seasoned judgment in all business matters.
- Proven skills in presenting and public speaking to enable positioning of large scale. complex, Enterprise IT solutions in the market place in appropriate forums.
