Senior Strategy Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a rapidly growing management consultancy firm based in Riyadh, a locally owned firm with significant amounts of business being won across multiple sectors. Having been established in recent years by a senior influential group of business executives, the firm's growth has resulted in the need to hire experienced strategy consultants to take prominent and exciting positions.

The role(s) involve assisting clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. You would use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze their client’s business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Applicants should have the following:

- Minimum 3 years experience in consulting
- Sector experience is fairly open, although healthcare would be looked upon favorably
- Ideally an Arabic speaker (although not essential)
- Some Middle East experience
- Must be happy to live in Riyadh
- Quantitative data analysis
- Problem solving
- Modeling
- The ability to develop/analyze business cases
- Research skills
- Interviewing skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Client focus
- The ability to support and enable teamwork
