Senior Structural Engineer

A top tier international engineering consultancy with a reputation of delivering iconic building projects globally has an immediate requirement for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Dubai.

The successful individual will play an integral part in the design and delivery of a number of large-scale building projects including commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments in the UAE.

The following will be required:

• Prepare and take responsibility for concept designs and deliver the detailed design
• Able to work independently
• Communicate directly with clients as required
• Prepare technical specifications
• Coordinate with other disciplines, both external and in-house
• Reporting to the structural department head.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have a BA/B.Sc. structural/civil engineering and 8+ years of experience. Design experience with buildings including seismic and high-rise is required. The candidate should ideally have UAE/Middle East experience. This position would suit a dynamic, personable and technically strong Structural Engineer. The candidate must be able to work in a multi-cultural work environment both within the office and with clients and other consultants.
