Job description / Role
Senior Superintendent for the Machine Shop, required to work for a multi-national Services company in Qatar, focusing on the manufacture and repair of equipments for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Industries.
You will be responsible for all types of tasks within the Machine Shop, leading a department of around 50 employees and dealing with customers and sub-contractors to execute projects as required.

This is a full-time position with the option to take company accommodation or a housing allowance as part of the salary package.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- 8 to 10 years overall relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining Industries
- Certified trainings in equipment maintenance activities
- Middle East experience is desirable
- Knowledge of CNC Lathes, Hollow Spindle Lathes, Vertical/Horizontal Borers, Milling Machines, Tool/Cutter Grinders
