Job description / Role
Candidate to supervise the post rental service operation in coordination with RAC garages and insurance company. His responsibilities includes:
1) Communicate Gulf Insurance Company for vehicle accident repair settlement and total loss settlement.
2) Coordinate the work with MNSS and External garages for accident repairs of RAC fleet vehicles.
3) Coordinate with central admin and other Al Sayer group business units for procurement and delivery of staff vehicles.
4) Coordinate and provide post rental service for all Al Sayer group staff vehicles.
5) Develop and maintain RAC balanced score card report.
6) Assist senior manager operations for de-fleet vehicles and ensure maximum value for de-fleeting units.
7) Assist senior manager operations for arranging the most efficient insurance coverage for RAC fleet vehicles and minimize insurance expenses by monitoring actual rental date and de-fleeted vehicles.
8) Ensure to meet and maintain health and safety standards at all RAC business locations.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Graduate with 5 years of experience.
Alternate: Pre-degree / High School (12th Standard or equivalent) / Diploma with 10 years of experience
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.
Driving License is a must.
