Job description / Role
This is a senior role reporting to the gm of the function in beauty care
- Demand and supply planning management
- Stand alone role
- Reporting to senior management
- Working on sap and excel,
- Inventory management
- Order management
- Managing historical data to reflect forecasts and planning
- Communicate and present on demand and supply planning
- Ensure that you liaise with finance in regards to invoicing process reflecting demand
- Communicating across the gcc
- Work with key managers to ensure demand reflects supply on the forecast and communicate any changes
- Supplier management on sap
- Give new ideas on process and planning
Requirements
- Candidates must be senior within fmcg or a large mnc ideally in beauty care but this is not essential
- SAP experience
- Intermediate or advanced in excel you will present on this at interview stage
- 6 years plus demand and supply management
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP advanced user
- Experience of reporting to senior management
- Extremely knowledgable in inventory order management to ensure the company is planning and forecasting on this along with supply and demand
- Working in a mid managerial role at the moment
- Currently managing the entire process on forecasting
- Experience in discussing numbers and financials with the finance and sales team
- Methodical and analytic approach
- Experience of working in a large team,
- You will be based in the gcc
- Degree qualified in engineering or supply chain
