The RoleThe RoleSenior Support Analyst - Dubai- Global Law Firm. Please only reply if you are a resident of Dubai as non residents will not be considered for this position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global law firm assisting with their IT operations in their Dubai office. You will provide day to day support of all staff and assist the UK based Central IT team, as well as managing the administrative aspects of providing new starters, leavers and people in internal office moves with PC and telephone services. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have Office 2000 including Outlook 2000/2003, Windows 2000/XP desktop, NT4 server - backups as well as Comms: patching, arranging and cabling. You will also have experience with Desktops, Laptops and Blackberry. You will be fluent in English and be approachable and an effective communicator. You should be able to explain the impact of technical issues in understandable terms to people without technical knowledge.
