The RoleThe RoleAllen & York are currently recruiting for an experienced sustainability expert to play a key role in the development of Abu Dhabi's bespoke sustainability program - Estidama. As the Senior Assessor within the implementation team you will assume responsibility for reviewing and analysing the effectiveness of the new Pearl rating system, building partnerships with various external agencies, developers and committees, and helping to build the expertise incumbent within the implementation & execution team. Applicants for the position must be true experts in the development and use of international sustainable building rating tools (BREEAM, LEED, Greenstar, PassiveHaus etc.) and be able to apply this knowledge of how these systems have developed, to assist Estidama through it's implementation phase. AED40k - AED45k a month |
