Job description / Role
Objectives:
Deliver, Implement, Configure, Maintain and support Enterprise solutions within company.
Main responsibilities:
- Installation of Company Enterprise Products. Such as Servers, Storage, Back-UP ... etc.
- Answering customers support calls and reprots the calls.
- Maintain the relationship with our customers.
- Project Management, SOW, Documentation
Reporting to: General Manager
Duration: Permanent Position
Desired start date: February
Probation: 1 Month
Travel requirements: Non
Commission / Bonus: Yes, Depends of KPI's
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering or related fields
- Excellent knowledge and worked hand in hand with Dell Storage, servers, Backup and blade technology including virtual connect configuration.
- Excellent knowledge and worked hand in hand with Dell Storage technologies [PowerVault, EqualLogic, Compellent etc.]
- Excellent experience in installing and supporting Microsoft products Operating Systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Domain Controller etc.
- Good experience in installing and supporting several types of hypervisors such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix.
- Ability to implement and configure VDI solutions is a plus.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Ability to provide 24x7 supports as needed to ensure SLA demands are meet.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Proven ability to develop implements and communicate best practices for large customer environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in writing documentation and scope of work for clients projects.
- A team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures
