Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an world class internationally renowned hospitality brand and we are currently recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with experience of recruitment and talent acquisition gained within the hospitality industry in the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Implementing recruitment, selection and retention programs to reduce labour turnover and increase employee retention
- Develop recruitment frameworks to attract and retain qualified and skilled employees
- Develop recruitment plans for online recruitment, job fairs and graduate programs
- Working with line managers to identify the role requirements and developing job descriptions
- Managing the recruitment budget
- Sourcing qualified and skilled candidates through online recruitment, networking and referrals
- Managing the requisitions and ensuring they are updated in the applicant tracking system
- Supporting the managers in the interview process

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 7 - 10 years experience in full cycle talent acquisition
- Proven experience of developing candidate pipelines that meet the business requirements
- Strong experience of online recruitment
- Experience of organising and running job fairs and external based recruitment campaigns

Candidate Profile
- Aged between 30 40 years
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate at all levels
