Job description / Role
- Should be proficient and having hands-on experience in application server administration (WebLogic / WebSphere ND/ Tomcat / EAServer)
- Must have expert knowledge on Web/App server Design & evaluations, upgrades, migrations, clustering & troubleshooting and should perform various tuning of web server / application servers.
- Expertise in UNIX Shell Scripting, Python / Jython scripting and automation.
- Candidate will be involved in the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of future systems and projects
- Experience integrating and working with JMS, IBM MQ, IBM ESB, Apache, Tomcat, LDAP, Oracle and other related technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Databases
- Experience with best practice methodologies (ITIL)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor in IT or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience in the software systems development life cycle (SDLC) process and support among which 3-4 years banking experience is an added advantage.
