Objectives:
1. Build and maintain relationships with customer production plants to achieve customer satisfaction with regards to products and services.
2. Represent the company in clients production plants on topics such as product specification design, product quality, product reliability, performance claims, customer line optimization and cost reduction projects.
3. Act as partner to sales & customer service representatives in anticipating, preventing and resolving customer issues.
4. Collect and communicate market intelligence to the business development team.
Requirements
Requirements & Experience:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Aluminium rolling or Beverage can manufacturing
- QC experience is a must
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
