Job Specifications and requirements: The job holder will be responsible for the diagnostics and repairs of road machinery including Asphalt Pavers, Motor Graders, Soil and Asphalt Compactors Repairs will cover a wide scope including electronic management systems, engine overhauls, transmissions, final drives and hydraulic components You will diagnose equipment faults and recommend accurate and effective repair solutions Ability to understand and implement manufacturer's standard working instructions within specified repair times Be able to produce consistently high quality of work to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction Be familiar with appropriate use of workshop equipment and special tools Able to demonstrate knowledge of road machinery components and systems to repair or overhaul major components |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications and Experience: Candidates should have hands on experience of 7 - 10 years experience as a Service Engineer/Technician of Asphalt Pavers, Soil and Asphalt Compactors Experience with any Pavers' dealership and on EPM pavers (Electronic Paver Management) system would be preferred The successful candidate will have experience of working on electronic management systems, engine overhauls, transmissions, final drives and hydraulic components You should be comfortable with independently diagnosing, repairing/overhauling Engine, Hydraulic and Electrical systems of paving equipment You will require a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to refer to workshop manuals You must be a strong communicator with strong customer relations skills You must hold a relevant Technician certificate Holding either a UAE or Internationally transferable driving licence would be of major benefit |
