Our client is a global network of sports channels with headquarters across the Middle East, France, Indonesia and the US is currently undergoing significant executive talent growth given its formation in 2012. The firm currently operates and provides services across the Middle East, North Africa, France, USA, Indonesia, Canada, Hongkong and Thailand. The Executive Team are now looking to recruit a Senior Tendering Coordinator to their contract team for the MENA region. This role is responsible to act as a Lead in supporting the tendering section during the bidding stage of various bids in accordance to Company set procedures. This role will also take a Lead role in bid coordination activities wherein will handle various bids and presentation of Tender Committee submittals.

Reporting to the Head of Contracts and Tendering, this role is responsible for the following:
- Analyze, prepare and coordinate Administrative, Technical & Commercial (proposals).
- Manage an effective document control system ensuring documentation is properly registered, circulated, controller and easily accessible.
- Distribute documents as appropriate and coordinate responses within agreed schedule.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the contract and tendering section and that is aware of any clarifications, qualifications and exceptions.
- Follow up the purchase and distribution of Public Tenders and Tender documents.
- Organizing of weekly meetings for Tender Committees.
- Effective Communication with members of the tender committee to ensure smooth attendance and presence of acting members.
- Circulation of urgent approval items (Round Robin submittals) via emails as and when needed basis.
- Provide monthly feedback on tender submissions and the status of the respective projects.
- Generate weekly task list and reports of upcoming weekly tenders, events, and functions.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Business, Business Administration or comparable is required with a minimum of 4 years experience in a procurement role for a sizeable organization.
- Experience in the MENA media sector is essential.
- Language skills in English is essential with Arabic being highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong negotiation abilities are required.
