Job description / Role
Working for this multinational retail business and reporting into the Marketing Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Define and lead the Trade Marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives and maximise sell-through.
- Develop the promotional calendar and ensure successful roll-outs per poor
- Develop, plan and control all display items and POSM issuance and replenishment.
- Maximize return on investment on trade promotions & visibility agreement with different trade channels.
- Manage the trade marketing budget and identify possible cost reduction.
- Lead and develop the trade marketing team and set their KPI's.
Requirements
- Strong trade marketing experience ideally in retail and/or consumer goods
- Successful track record in developing and executing consumer marketing plans
- Experience in sports or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Experience in managing a team
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French is desired
- Solution-oriented and solid commercial skills are a must
