Job description / Role
Assisting the Head of Brokerage in identifying and channeling order flow from clients and brokerage subsidiaries.
Oversee in the interim of the day-to-day operations of the trading desk.
Ensuring international standards execution via chosen broker and avail all necessary trade confirmations and invoices immediate to execution.
Requirements
Education: University degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
3 - 5 years relevant experience in the financial industry preferably involved in the brokerage arm of an investment bank with at least 3 years experience in any of the GCC/MENA markets.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written communication skills).
Selling, relationship and negotiation skills would be an asset.
Solid understanding of client care requirements & market dynamics.
Proven ability to solve problems and take decisions/deliver results under pressure.
Proven ability to lead / drive team.
