Yokogawa Electric is an international company offering this opportunity with other opportunities in the future as we expand our services in Morocco and the middle east
Objective: To train new operating and maintenance staff at a new power station in Morocco.
Main responsibilities : To deliver lectures on power station fundamentals.
To examine the trainees competence
To coordinate the training program of vendors.
To coordinate an On Job Training program
To assist with development of operations documents
Reporting to : John Little Operations Manager Yokogawa Australia
Subordinates : none
Other interactions : Max Barry Director Yokogawa Australia
Number required : one
Duration : Temporary position 6 months
Desired start date : October 2012
Probation : Two weeks
Working hours : 5 days 10 hours per day
Gross monthly base salary : US Dollars. Negotiable
Other Benefits : Air fares, accommodation, local travel all provided. Daily site allowance and miscellaneous expenses paid.
Requirements
Other certifications : Diploma or above in Electrical or mechanical engineering
Previous experience : 2 years training experience
15 years experience in power stations
2 years experience in coal firing boilers
Specialist knowledge : Power station plant items and their operation and maintenance requirements
Other Skills : Ability to work to a training schedule
Able to make decisions to change a schedule in an effective manner
Ability to assess the learning progress of trainees.
Be empathetic to the trainee needs
Make and use Power Point programs
Ideal Age Range : 45 to 60
Gender Preference : Male
Language Skills : French essential. English desired.
