My client is looking for a Senior Trainer to join a large HR team. My client is a well known and respected local company.
The Role
As a Senior Trainer, the objective of this role is to design and deliver high quality management development and soft skills programs to support the organization‘s talent development objectives and to enable the establishment of a learning culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
Should have worked in a similar role, delivering soft skills training programs
Have excellent communication skills
Work experience should be from a western country or within the GCC
Leadership training is highly desirable
Salary
AED 16,000 - 18,000
