Senior Training Executive

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading retail brand who is looking to hire a Senior Training Executive to join their established Training team based in Dubai.

This role will play an active part in the development of the company’s training programs as well as revising, improving and maintaining all of the training material. You will be involved in producing new learning materials and manuals in line with planned training activities and objectives and drive/deliver the planned training programs in accordance with the training calendar.

Managing a small team, you will monitor and report on the progress of trainees, identify and recommend further training requirements and conduct training needs analysis as well as evaluate training effectiveness. Whilst participating in the preparation of quarterly training calendars you will also be involved in induction, relationship, customer service, brand/product knowledge, upselling/cross selling and style training programmes.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in the delivery of customer service skills training programs within the fashion retail environment and experience of using different learning methods. Experience in design of training content is highly desirable as is luxury retail experience. A CIPD L&D Diploma qualification is advantageous.
