Senior Transformation Specialist – PMO/Project Controls

Job description / Role

- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Programme Management Framework consisting of PMO Structure, Roles & Responsibilities, Templates (e.g. Progress Reports, MoMs, Risk / Issue Log, Budget / Financial Tracking, etc.) and PMO Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for formulating the Programme Implementation Plan (under the supervision of the Programme Director; with the assistance of the respective Leads
- Responsible for maintaining Document Version Control of all PMO Products

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- 8 – 10 years in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management Tools, Techniques
- Exposure to the Construction / Real Estate Sectors
- Arabic Speaker is preferred
