Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Programme Implementation Plan as it relates to BPT Activities; ensuring
adequate integration between BPT activities and other related initiatives (e.g. OD, ICT, etc.)
- Support the PMO in monitoring the execution of BPT activities to ensure compliance with the Programme Plan
- Responsible for identifying risks associated with BPT implementation; outlining Mitigation Measures, and reporting those to the PMO
- Support the BPT Implementation team in the roll out of relevant initiatives / activities

Requirements

- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Re-Engineering Tools Techniques, and Methodologies
- Extensive knowledge of applicable software applications (e.g. QPR, Visio)
- 8 – 10 years in Consulting with a strong focus on Business Process Re-engineering (cross functional
and development of Policies and Procedures
- Exposure to the Construction / Real Estate Sectors preferred; Process Re-Engineering experience in Government (GCC) strong plus
