We are presently recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Senior Transport Engineer to work on our projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Day to day management and coordination of Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning tasks within projects, whether independent Traffic Projects or Support scope to Master Planning and /or Highways projects;
* Leading development of traffic solutions to meet projects' objectives;
* Liaison with Authorities and external stakeholders as required;
* Responsible for Project progress;
* Monitoring the program and the allocation of resources to his/her team;
* Responsible for Reporting (Writing / Checking) & PPT;
* Assist in Bid Preparation as required.
Requirements
* Graduate Degree of Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from top 50 North American or UK Universities wirth Professional Engineering License
* A minimum of 12 years experience, out of which minimum 5-7 years with internationally renowned engineering consultants as Third Party Design Reviewer in USA/UK Canada and Australia of Planning and Design City Transporation System.
* Extensive knowledge of AASHTO policy on geometric design of highways and street, various modeling/planning programs that include Synchro, Highway Capacity Software (HCS), TSIS (Traffic Software Integrated System), Corsim, Transyt, aaSIDRA & RODEL, VISSIM, VISUM.
* Demonstrated and proven exceptional leadership skills, possessing a collaborative management style and ability to work in multi-disciplined teams.
