Description and Desired Qualifications Tunnel Engineer - Dubai, UAE A Tunnel Engineer is required to join the growing tunnel team in the MEAF Region. Growth of the team is supported/promoted by Martin Knights and by Malcolm Chappel Provide concept and detailed tunnel design for tunnelling projects in the region. Liaise with other tunnel teams as relevant. Workshare with Geotech and Eng Geol team as appropriate. The priorities of this role include: Report to tunnel design manager Interpretation of soil/rock data Preparation of preliminary tunnel design Production of clear reports, specs and drawings |
RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: Key Requirements 5 years post graduate experience. Civil Eng degree or similar, and specialist training in underground support systems. Sound verbal and written communication skills in English. Team player but able to work on own initiative when required.
