The Company

My client is a multi-division company specialized in Architecture & Engineering for Construction

As a design firm, it is one of the few Saudi firms that can design signature buildings without foreign assistance. As a construction supervisor, owner’s representative, it is a significant participant in the management of some of the Kingdom’s largest projects.

The Role

Currently seeking a Senior Urban Design & Planning Architect to join there team in Riyadh, KSA

Ability to work on design concepts through to design documentation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to work independently is essential. The candidate shall be familiar and knowledgeable with building codes and regulations, capable of writing specifications and coordinating the design documents with the MEP engineers.

Develop project schedules in conjunction with Project Manager Coordinate work with in-house team. Present designs and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

The Requirements

Degree Qualified in Architecture or Urban Planning

10 – 15 years experience

Design & Consulting experience on Large scale projects

GCC Experience, English Speaking

Experience with Government Projects
