Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Project Management leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary team of designers, planners, engineers.
Team leadership leading team of planners, architects, landscape architects, designers and other support staff, mentoring.
Planning and Design initiating and developing master plans from concept to detailed design.
Client Liaison.
Admin Management project related management and discipline related department management including proposal writing, reporting, and financial management.
Business Development identifying opportunities and developing strategies for new business activities.

Requirements

Degree in Urban Planning Engineering or Equivalent.
10-12 years demonstrable experience in urban planning of large scale developments.
Undergraduate in Architecture, Planning, Landscape Architecture. Postgraduate in Planning, Urban Planning, Development or equivalent.
Competencies adapting and responding to change, relating and networking, team work, planning and organizing.
Planning & Design Skills strong master planning skills, report-writing abilities, ability to work with planning-based software such as Photoshop, cad, sketch-up, etc.
Good report-writing skills and ability to prepare documents such as reports and presentations for external use.
