Senior Urban Planner

Job description / Role

- Liaison with Project Research Section to develop Housing Strategic Plans and Policies
- Development and maintenance of Project portfolio strategy
- Liaison with Project Research Section to conduct market research in housing requirements and pricing
- Establishment of criteria for new developments (development briefs)
- Maintenance of existing Urban (Master) Plans
- Subject Matter Experts for Urban Planning and Developments
- Management of Urban Planning Consultants

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 12 years experience.
- Statutory Planner with experience in establishment and control of Development Control Regulations/Guidelines and procedures, review of planning documentation from consultants, liaison with Municipalities on planning matters.
