The Role


The Role


Our Client, a large conglomerate, is looking to recruit a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS. The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall function of Operations. Candidates dealing with and reporting to the Managing Director and Board level will be given first preference. The selected candidate should have the following experience to ensure suitability for the assignment:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete customer relations of the business.
Management of the payment collections being received in a timely manner.
Overseeing agent management and enhancing the quality of performance continuously.
Enhancing the quality of service and CRM by overlooking the IT department for delivery excellence.
Ability to map processes in the area of CRM, Agent Relations, Mortgages, Collections, Facilities Management.
Manage and systemise reporting process to ensure timely response from the different sectors.

Key Attributes:

Bachelor's in Engineering with an MBA will be ideal.
15 years experience.
Experience as a Profit Center Head or as a General Manager in construction, real estate, building materials or a large trading house is desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A mentor, leader who initiates and ensures delivery of expert service.
Strong and effective people management skills are necessary.
