Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

***Iqama Transferable Only

1. Familiar with Cisco voice gateways, configuring both CME and SRST mode.
2. Have experience on Cisco Unity Express (Unity Express - Messaging application based on card module)
3. Familiar with ISP SIP trunk, troubleshoot SIP calls, configure DID/DOD
4. Deploy Cisco Call Manager, setup and installation, Cluster joint - adding publisher and multiple subscribers, Partitions and Call Search Space, Calls Routing and routing pattern, Location and bandwidth quality control, testing fallback to subsidiary nodes and local voice gateways, configure advance user features i.e. Follow Me, Extension Mobility, shared lines, multi-platforms (Jabber). Manage ELM (licensing).
5. Unity Connection - Messaging Server, setup and installation, LDAP sync, adding primary and secondary nodes, Fallback configuration for primary and secondary Unity, Message wait indication configuration with Call Manager cluster connectivity, initiate users mailboxes manually and via LDAP, troubleshoot users mailboxes connectivity and wait message indication, route incoming call to Unity server, configure multi-level tree Auto Attendant and troubleshoot Call Manager call routing
6. WebEx Meeting Server - Install and setup WebEx template, enabling Meeting Server Mode, configure connectivity to Call Manager cluster, configure WebEx users either web based, Jabber or Videophone, troubleshoot user's connectivity, limited service or bandwidth management issues

Requirements

1. Must have university degree in Computer Engineering or IT or relevant degree.
2. Strong technical troubleshooting.
3. Must have the sense and culture of customer satisfaction.
4. Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision, hard worker and creative.
5. The job would require to work under pressure, perform multitask and extended hours on work when required.
6. Must have min. 5 years experience.
7. Knowledge about AVAYA IP Telephony Solution is plus.
