The Role


The Role


On behalf of our client, a high-end luxury brand, we are looking for results and customer focused Senior and Junior Sales Professionals to be based in Dubai. Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Consistent achieve / exceed / increase year-over-year individual sales plan objectives and KPI
- Contribute to store overall sales plan
- Reach regularly target for sales (product > 100 000 USD)
- Demonstrate sales excellence on consistent basis
- Develop, enhance and implement a culture of service excellence
- Consistently exhibit through graceful interactions and graceful attention a culture of service excellence to customers
- Contribute to build the Image and Awareness of the brand.
- Act as a champion and an advocate through partnering with management and colleagues - the service excellence experience for customers
- Appropriately and positively demonstrate the skills and activities necessary to gracefully work through all customer interactions including but not limited to: general product inquiry, processing of returns and sales- that result in enhancing and confirming a culture of service excellence for customers that enter the stores;
- Provide superior customer service for all post sales service.
- Robust and consistent use of the POS system to support the
development of existing and prospective clients - Effective use of available resources to enhance and develop existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a sales mentor to peers regularly sharing knowledge towards successful sales achievement;
- Champion the skills and knowledge acquired through training and experience among peers and new employees;
- Partner with management and coach on the assimilation/on-board process for newly hired sales staff

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

- College degree
- 2-3 years of proven track record in achieving sales results in retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc).
- Demonstrated exceptional levels of sales performance to maintain the status of senior sales.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail is preferred.
