The office in Bahrain now offers a range of management and operations consulting services across the financial services, transport, telecommunications, utilities and public sector markets.

We are looking to recruit a small number of exceptional candidates at the Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels, who bring top-tier consultancy or industry experience to our growing and award-winning consultancy.
Your key role will be to operate on consulting engagements (and potentially lead workstreams) across an organisation’s operations. You will be working in a team of consultants and will be responsible for the delivery of high quality analysis, solutions and high impact results. For any role you will be able to demonstrate that you have:
•A strong knowledge and experience of transformation approaches and delivery;
•An analytical mindset and the ability to apply a structured and creative approach to problem solving;
•The ability to undertake operations, performance and cost-based analysis;
•Experience of working within small, diverse and highly motivated project teams;
•Excellent presentational and stakeholder management skills;
•Strong personal desire and drive combined with a commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients;
•(Non-essential but highly desirable) Advanced modeling capability i.e. the ability to work with high volumes of data and draw out key insights from analysis.
Knowledge and skills
In addition to the above characteristics, experience and knowledge in one or more of the following capability areas is highly desirable:
•Design and implementation of Lean and/or process-based operations transformations;
•Design and development of service-based operations and/or target operating models;
•Development and conduct of procurement strategy or purchasing and supply chain diagnostics;
•Sector operational experience or knowledge in financial services, transport, telecommunications or other utilities (including oil and gas).
Experience and qualifications
•You will have a strong academic background from a leading global university;
•You will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a leading consultancy organisation or as part of a graduate / managerial scheme within the financial services sector;
•You will be fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is desirable);
•You will be regionally and internationally mobile; and
•You will be prepared to live and work in Manama, with preference given to candidates who already have evidence of the right to live and work in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
