Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational organization specialized in the telecommunication industry is looking to recruit an experienced Service Account Manager to join their office in Dubai.

Job Purpose:
The Service Account Manager manages service operations towards the assigned Customer(s) and strives for operational excellence and maximized customer satisfaction in line with the company strategy, also playing a key role in setting up, managing and developing the relevant service structure in order to meet the Customer(s) contractual conditions as well as expectations, resulting in customer and consumer satisfaction, as well as enhanced sales opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage customer relationships in a professional and timely manner

Drive measurement and enhancement of quality in all aspects of engagement towards the customer

Regularly meet with Customer to discuss quality and areas of improvements to be provided into the product quality unit

Customer Management to prevent service performance discrepancies and to secure customer satisfaction in all aspects

Account Planning & Forecasting

Provide input with regards to strategic and organizational changes in the account

Responsible for the after-sales and customer service strategy

Optimize performance and maximize economies of scale

Actively secure the provision of data in pursuit of quality feedback

Encourage improvements and works closely with the warranty management and repair and logistics team

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

Extensive experience in the mobile industry

Willing to travel in the MENA Region

Outstanding Customer Service skills

Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English

Can work independently with little supervision

Analytical skills
